Customer relation
We aim at long-term, mutually beneficial  and trustful partnerships with our customers. It’s the customer who decides which TRIMET contact to speak to. Both the executive board and the staff have long-standing experience and competence and are equally accepted partners in business talks. Personal contact is of great importance to us – our partners may contact us around the clock. 

Together with our customers we determine their needs, their wishes and ideas. They buy precisely the products they need  - tailor-made and in best possible certified quality.

We use this flexibility to act both in a committed and risk-oriented way to benefit the company and its customers. We are characterised by a great deal of initiative and professionalism and absolute loyalty towards TRIMET. We strictly comply with prescriptions, standards and regulations in accordance with the guidelines we have committed ourselves to; our daily routine is governed by these standards.

TRIMET is a company that is run by its owner. The company’s management board members are committed to high ethical standards. The board’s target-oriented actions, their reliability, authenticity and openness constitute the basis of a trustful relationship between staff and customers.
