We think that it is mainly people’s own experience that discloses their personal strengths and weaknesses. By means of our network “Schule und Wirtschaft" (School and Business) we wish to give young people the opportunity to gather work experience;  also the holiday jobs offered by us will help them get an insight into the possibilities to serve an apprenticeship in the company.

Every year, we present “Ausbildung zum Anfassen” (Apprenticeship Live) at trade fairs, in job centres or during “Azubi-und Studientage”( Apprentices’ and Students’ Days).

Interested students can do their first and main mandatory internships in the areas of machine-building, chemistry, electrical, casting or smelting technology in TRIMET’s production and maintenance departments.
